CrossFit is a constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity exercise protocol. The constant variation provides a different stimulus for the body each session, which results in a constant increase in fitness levels.
The functional movements we use are "amplifications" of the big, everyday movements a physically active person makes. Many of us have sedentary jobs however, so CrossFit workouts provide a way to maintain regular exercise while moving with power and efficiency.

This class offers you exactly those opportunities , under the watchful eye of our coaches you will be guided through a multi week strength program allowing you to focus and take your time as you build strength and confidence.
Mobility has many names , stretching , pliability , flexibility but in the end what we’re looking for is how does your body move and do you want it to move better.
Our coaches train CrossFit the same as you, so with that in mind they can tailor each weekly stretching class to the areas that we worked on that week. Over time you will create a toolkit of stretches just for your body that you can take with you know matter where you are.
