CFResolveFund_3840

Brandon Donald is owner and head trainer at CrossFit Resolve.  He has operated his own business as a personal trainer since 2000, has been training CrossFit since 2008 and has been a CrossFit Trainer since 2009.

CrossFit has changed Brandon's life.

In 2008, Brandon was looking for a new direction for his own training and that of his personal training clients and happened to stumble across CrossFit.

While the concepts are amazing in their simplicity, it is their ability to transform both body and mind and challenge people in ways they never thought possible which he is most looking forward to passing on to the next generation of CrossFit athletes.

Letitia Donald

(Trainer)

Letitia

Letitia has always had a passion for the health and well being industry as she has been a part time Massage Therapist for a number of years and was looking for a new direction to take her fitness. She was introduced to Crossfit in 2009 and fell in love immediately. She has always enjoyed learning about human movement and taking the steps to become a Crossfit trainer seemed a natural progression. She completed our Intern programme in September 2013 and has been continuing to develop as a coach.

Qualifications: Crossfit Level One Trainer, Crossfit Level Two Trainer (Coach’s Prep Course), Crossfit Movement and Mobility Trainer Course, Crossfit Weightlifting Trainer Course, Certificate in Sports and Therapeutic Massage (Wellington School of Massage) and Certificate IV in Massage (Australian College of Natural Medicine)

Gerald McMillan

(Trainer)

Gerald Mc RT

My CrossFit journey began in August 2011.  After working up the courage to walk into CrossFit Resolve (I did a couple of drive-bys first) I have never looked back, consistently training with high intensity for over 3 years.. something I was never able to do with a Personal Trainer or gym membership.

As a coach, I particularly enjoy working with the beginner, introducing them to the CrossFit method, standards and the fundamental movements. It doesn't take long for beginner to notice gains in their strength and conditioning.   Once the athlete develops good form and technique and consistently, 'shows up' the results inevitably follow.

Qualifications: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Level 2 CrossFit (Coaches Prep), CrossFit Gymnastics and Australian Weightlifting Federation Level 1 (Coaching)
