On a 15min Clock -
Using 20sec on 10 sec off, complete 5 rounds of each exercise
Pullups
Pushups
Air Squats
Situps (GHD)
Rowing Cals
Double Unders
Jason and Tom in the 3rd round ... Yep looks totally like mine 🙄🙄🙄
If you can find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere.
