Five rounds of:

30 Kettlebell Swings 24 kg (16 kg) in 1 minute

Rest 1 minute

If you don't complete 30 kettlebell swings in 1 minute, perform the remaining repetitions as burpees in your "rest" minute. If you fail to complete the burpees during your "rest" minute, run 1,600 m.
