In teams of 3 - Don't put the baby down!

Run 400m + 10kg medball (no shoulder carry)
75 Cal Bike / Cal Row
75 DB Push Press 22.5kg/15kg
Run 400m + 10kg medball
75 Burpees
75 Walking Lunges
Run 400m + 10kg medball
75 KB Swings 24kg/16kg
75 Cal Bike / Cal Row

Once the workout starts the Baby cannot be put down or "dropped" it must be carried for the whole workout.

Penalty = 15 Burpees
