I get it.  The world is unforgiving and sh!t comes up and sh!t happens but if you want something bad enough, if you want to be the f&cking champion, if you want to win . . . you can't rationalise -  oh, I'm not going to do this, oh, I'm not going to do that - you've got to f&cking go . . . That's what coaches do . . .they deny you the ability to rationalise some simple excuse for not f&cking going . . .
