For time:
200-ft. dumbbell overhead lunge
50 dumbbell box step-ups
50 strict handstand push-ups
200-ft. handstand walk

Men: 22.5kg dumbbell / 24-in. box
Women: 15kg dumbbell / 20-in. box



Recognise that competence lies on the other side of slogging failure. Make your preparations, and assault your target, never forgetting that victory is the end state of persistence.
