5 Snatches 60kg/40kg
Teams of 4 - 12min AMRAP
15 Thrusters 40kg/30kg
30 Double Unders (90 Single skips)
15 Wallballs 9kg/6kg
Each person starts on a station upon completion of all of the reps you will rotate one station and continue with the AMRAP.
You can not get in front of your team mates you can only rotate once all the team reps have been complete.
You will get credit for 1 full round when you move a station so for example it will be 4 rounds by the time you get back around to your original station.
One person will submit your score to the whiteboard.
Also thanks again for the members that came down and cheered the teams on over the weekend.
