With a young family and a busy legal practice, co-owner and trainer Davin McPherson understands what it means to have limited time to commit to training and to want to make the most of the time available.
Davin stumbled across CrossFit in September 2008 at a time when he recognised his previous training program had become stale and was not preparing him for the basic physical demands of life.
Davin is passionate about the benefits of CrossFit (both physical and psychological) and, as a trainer, is particularly focused on safe and efficient movement and individual’s performing at relative intensity.

Letitia has always had a passion for the health and well being industry as she has been a part time Massage Therapist for a number of years and was looking for a new direction to take her fitness. She was introduced to Crossfit in 2009 and fell in love immediately. She has always enjoyed learning about human movement and taking the steps to become a Crossfit trainer seemed a natural progression. She completed our Intern programme in September 2013 and has been continuing to develop as a coach.
Qualifications: Crossfit Level One Trainer, Crossfit Level Two Trainer (Coach’s Prep Course), Crossfit Movement and Mobility Trainer Course, Crossfit Weightlifting Trainer Course, Certificate in Sports and Therapeutic Massage (Wellington School of Massage) and Certificate IV in Massage (Australian College of Natural Medicine)
My CrossFit journey began in August 2011. After working up the courage to walk into CrossFit Resolve (I did a couple of drive-bys first) I have never looked back, consistently training with high intensity for over 3 years.. something I was never able to do with a Personal Trainer or gym membership.
As a coach, I particularly enjoy working with the beginner, introducing them to the CrossFit method, standards and the fundamental movements. It doesn't take long for beginner to notice gains in their strength and conditioning. Once the athlete develops good form and technique and consistently, 'shows up' the results inevitably follow.
Qualifications: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Level 2 CrossFit (Coaches Prep), CrossFit Gymnastics and Australian Weightlifting Federation Level 1 (Coaching)
Sally’s love of CrossFit began in 2011 with a personal trainer from Crossfit Resolve and progressed into becoming a trainer herself early in 2012.
CrossFit seemed a natural progression to maintain her health and fitness after retiring as an elite athlete following 20 years in the sports of rowing and cycling.
Sally has a passion for helping those who want to become better versions of themselves. Through her consistency and patience Sally has found the combination of CrossFit and a regular yoga and chiro routine to be the perfect formula for functioning at an optimal, athletic level.
As a dual Olympian with numerous State, National and World Championships, her qualifications and endeavours include: a degree in journalism, certificate three and four in fitness, CrossFit Level One Trainer and owner of Teneriffe Yoga which she is a level two teacher.
Sally knows how to address the need to balance the body-mind-work relationship.
Crossfit Competitions: Immortals Teams Challenge 2013 and Reebok Crossfit Games Open 2014.
Sally is available for one on one coaching.
